Juliana Kanyomozi
One great thinker once said that every where we go, we leave a lasting
mark! This much is true especially when some one can tell some thing
about your past even when you left a long time ago. Faith went to City
primary school with Juliana says, " I think she is approximately thirty
two coz we were in the same bracket. She was a good girl at school
during the days but i didn't know that she could sing better."
A close family friend reveals that Juliana Kanyomozi come from a
family of six children and she is the second born. For those who did
school at the time, Princess Juliana Kanyomozi went to one of the best
schools of the time. Thanks to her guardians. With such a good start, it is
more evident that she had special music tutors and classes since she was
a Princess, Oh, was it the case? " No! not really!" Juliana recalls "
Imbaraga.com : when did you feel that one could go this far? Juliana
Kanyomozi : " That was one day when I was at Bugema, I was doing a
gospel song in church and the music really touched people. I could see
them and it was amazing. After the son, the Congregation applauded me
and this gave me a real feeling of how high a music Career could go."
Musicians like Whitney Houston (RIP) really inspired me to blend into
the industry because Whitney's music was also getting top of her career
at then.
At Namassagali College, she met Iryn Namubiru as she says, " I
met Iryn there in College and she became my friend. We had a
lot in common, she loved music and she inspired me too.We
used to sing together and after college, we formed a group,
dubbed I-Jay though it did not last because Iryn had to go to
France and I had to continue with my studies." as if the idea is
absurd, "despite what the media has always had to say. none of
them has been true."
